Yes. Deposits at FDIC-insured institutions are permanently insured up to $250,000 per depositor for each account ownership category.
After your National Bank checking application has been approved, you will receive our routing and transit number and your account number. If your employer participates in a direct deposit program, simply provide this information to the human resources or payroll department, and your direct deposit will usually begin within thirty days.
Yes. Account information is available from Customer Assistance during business hours at 1-800-552-4123. You can access your account information anytime over the phone with TeleBanc, our automated telephone account information system, at 1-800-981-2262.
Yes. Our Primeline and NOW checking accounts pay a market rate of interest.

Yes. Funds can be transferred to and from National Bank accounts by wire transfer or via ACH (Automated Clearing House) debits or credits. Call our Customer Assistance at 540-951-6234 or 1-800-552-4123.
You can make most deposits by using Direct Deposit or National Bank ATMs. National Bank also offers a bank-by-mail service which allows you to mail non-recurring deposits. Contact us for details on a method that's best for you.
