Hailey brings over twelve years of banking experience to work for her customers at National Bank. "I love working in a community bank setting where we can deliver truly personalized service and solutions and be a part of our customer's success stories," says Hailey.
Hailey began her banking career straight out of high school and has been a head teller, loan processor, and loan operations supervisor, experience that has given her deep understanding of both the deposit and lending sides of banking. In 2024 she furthered her expertise as a graduate of the Virginia Bankers Association's School of Bank Management.
Born and raised in Augusta County, Hailey and her husband, Rob, have two sons, Everly (5) and Jackson (2), and a Belgian Malinois dog, Copper. She enjoys many hobbies, but her favorites are reading, gardening, camping, and travel to new destinations, especially beaches.
