Jon Cornett Joins The National Bank of Blacksburg in Roanoke

The National Bank of Blacksburg is pleased to announce that Jon A. Cornett has joined the bank as Vice President / Business Development. As a Business Development Officer, Jon will assist customers and organizations with money management and help them achieve their financial goals. Jon’s unique approach enables him to tailor solutions to each customer, driving growth and efficiency.

A native of Martinsville, Virginia, Jon relocated to the Roanoke Valley 16 years ago. He received his bachelor’s degree in management from Averett University and began his banking career in the retail division before migrating to Commercial Banking 8 years ago. Jon comes from a long line of bankers and enjoys traveling, serving at his church, and spending time with his husband, Patrick, and their 4-year-old Goldendoodle.
