Essential Duties / Responsibilities include:
  • Knowledge of and the ability to work with computers in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Assisting branch staff with questions regarding account documentation.
  • Ensure all customer documents are accurate and maintained properly
  • Maintain a knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory requirements and can perform duties with strict adherence to all bank policies
  • Answering phones
  • Daily clerical duties include mailing letters, notices and checks
  • Other duties as assigned
