National Bank is seeking a positive, team-oriented candidate to provide exceptional customer service to our bank customers. The successful candidate will develop working knowledge of the bank card department and emphasize daily operational duties while providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities include:
- Input debit and credit card applications
- Data management
- Maintaining cardholder files
- Debit and credit card account maintenance
- Assisting in branch operations
- Handling customer inquiries
- Maintain bank card balancing and FDR reports in an organized manner
- Process account payments and monthly reports
- Assisting customers in statement inquiries and questions related to debit and credit card transactions
- Complete adverse actions for declined applications
- Other duties as assigned
Organizational skills and good telephone etiquette are required. Salary commensurate with experience. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
The ability to perform the various duties within the loan operations department as assigned and according to existing procedures and methods. Major responsibilities include loan processing and input. Aiding coworkers with workload as necessary. Performs the following duties and special projects as assigned.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Loan processing (daily) - geocoding, ticklers for pending, correspondence with loan officers running Cross App transactions to activate loans:
- Consumer loans
- Commercial loans to include church loans
- Single pays and single pay renewals
- Demands and lines of credit including change in terms for these
- Line of credit renewals
- Fresh Starts
- Real Estate to include Consumer and Commercial (back up)
- Quoting payoffs and answering customer questions with necessary
- Employee is responsible for having a working knowledge of the compliance responsibilities pertaining to his/her job functions
- Employee will maintain a knowledge of BSA/AML regulatory requirements at a level required by their job functions.
- Special projects as assigned
- File maintenance (daily)
- Processing auto debits (daily)
- Processing extensions
- Processing auto insurance (daily)
- E-Oscar reporting (done weekly)
- Back up equity line skip payments
