Essential Duties / Responsibilities include:

  • Input debit and credit card applications
  • Data management
  • Maintaining cardholder files
  • Debit and credit card account maintenance
  • Assisting in branch operations
  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Maintain bank card balancing and FDR reports in an organized manner
  • Process account payments and monthly reports
  • Assisting customers in statement inquiries and questions related to debit and credit card transactions
  • Complete adverse actions for declined applications
  • Other duties as assigned

Organizational skills and good telephone etiquette are required. Salary commensurate with experience.
